Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in 2pm and Check-out 10am

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We require credit card details at check-in. If the guest doesn’t have a credit card we require a security bond of $300 which will be returned on departure after the room has been inspected.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

If you are checking-in afterhours please contact reception prior to your arrival so that the necessary arrangements can be made.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check-out can only be confirmed on the day of departure as they are subject to availability. Extra charges apply.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit is required at time of making your booking. No booking is confirmed until a deposit is received.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm

Saturday – 9am to 11:30am

Sunday – 9am to 11am

Closed Public Holidays

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, all theme park tickets, tours, transfers and attractions can be can be booked by our reception staff.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

We do have WiFi available throughout the complex. Extra charges do apply.

Q: What facilities do you have?

Swimming Pool and Kids Pool, Gym/Fitness room, Sauna, Outdoor Spa and Indoor Spa, Tennis Court, Barbecue Facilities, Games Room, WiFi Access, Car Parking – Secure Underground, Tour Desk, Vending Machines, Onsite Management.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, we have secure underground parking onsite. Please be aware that you are only allowed 1 car park spot per apartment.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes, all bedding linen and bathroom towelling is provided. We do not supply pool or beach towels.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Apartments are serviced when guest is staying longer than 7 days.

Q: Is the pool heated?

Yes, our pool is heated by electric heat pumps

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

We are located 20-25 minutes south of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise and 15 minutes north of Coolangatta.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, there are shops and restaurants all just a short stroll away.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

There is a bus stop located at the front of the complex.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

The Iconic Currumbin Alley; Currumbin Creek; Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary; Currumbin Rock Pools; Palm Beach Parklands with children’s pirate park; Surfworld.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

The Pines Shopping Centre (6 mins drive 2.9 klms); Tugun Main Street (5 mins drive 2klms).
